This is a fresh start, and how you perceive things moving forward, will dictate the theme of your year!

Do not be fooled by the chaos of the world around you. Breathe in peace and find your center. 
There is a new wave of energy around us causing a lot of shifting, and for many people, this represents new beginnings, a time to jump and not look back on what needs to be left behind. 
It is also a time for the busy-ness of your life to settle down. If you find that you have been moving too quickly, and your energetically out of breath, understand that this is your soul trying to show you that somethings gotta give. You can't produce new results by remaining the same. 
Sometimes expansion and change can be scary, but know that if you are reading this that this message has been written for you or you would not be reading it. You soul brought you to it...Now It's time for action! 
The universe is supporting the warriors of change, The ones who are not scared to be their authentic self anymore. There has been a wave of movements around the world, promoting the changes that we want to see. Whats holding you back from stepping into your brave warrior suit and taking charge of what needs to change in your life? When you step out and step up, you give others around you permission to do the same.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This year has flown past us as time itself seems to be speeding up. In this fast paced world and with the stresses of the holidays, are you finding enough time to manifest peace into your busy schedule? 
I have noticed that when I come to a place of peace, everything else just seems to fall into place.

Finding inner peace leads to clarity of mind and helps to restore balance back into your life. When we can think clearly, we can handle the stressful situations that life throws at us without losing our cool. 
The question then becomes "How do you maintain your state of inner peace once you find it?'.

First of all you have to COMMIT to finding time to take care of YOU. Everyone else is busy taking care of themselves, so if you don't do it for yourself, you will continue to feel depleted.

Guard your energy! A lot of people are walking around with heavy hearts at this time of year, and if you don't ground and protect your energy field, it will be very easy to get overwhelmed with the emotions of others. 
Taking a Himalayan salt bath can help to detox your aura from any unwanted energies.

Make sure to get out in nature, even if it is cold outside! A good day trip to Banff or beautiful Lake Louise over the holidays is a great way to reset and refresh your energy. The mountains are calling your name! 
AND last but not least...Dont forget to meditate! Meditation helps you to find that place within yourself where nothing is impossible and connects you with the Universe and all of it's infinite wisdom.

As we walk into 2019 the future will be ours for the taking! Make sure to waltz into the new year with a fresh sense of peace, love and rejuvenation. Energy is everything, so set the energetic intention of living your absolute best life in the coming year!!!

Honouring The Journey....

So often in life we get caught up in how we think things should be instead of making peace with the way things actually are. As human beings, we are always reaching and wanting more, wishing that things could be different in our lives and this alone is the number one problem that leads to suffering.

In the midst of the storm, can you find your peace?

Every step of the way needs to be honoured as each one was necessary in order to get you where you are today. 
Understand that obstacles are actually blessings put on your path in order to test you, change you and strengthen you. Hounor your journey by recognizing that these "obstacles" are truths that need to be discovered within yourself. Look deep inside yourself, and turn these obstacles into stepping stones of faith.

Each and everyone of us will be faced with pain in our lives ...that is inevitable, however, suffering is optional. When we focus on the past, it is easy to get caught up in past trauma and pain, and looking too far into the future isn't any better...most of the time it will only cause worry and anxiety. All of this eats at your peace and can leave you feeling exhausted and played out.

Right now, you need to get back on track! Spirit realizes that you are tired of running at full speed and now is the time to rest and rejuvenate. Things will be calming down for you, and will work out in your favour. All you need is patience...Its all coming your way now, so start manifesting what you truly want, and stop focusing on what you don't want. NO MORE PITY PARTY!!

Understand that you are in full control of your destiny. Your soul knows what you have been brought here to accomplish, so let your souls calling be heard, and finally take care of you in a way that actually makes a lasting difference in the way that you view life. 
A miracle is a simple shift in perception, so go easy on yourself and realize that help is on its way to you right now.

"Anger Is Like Swallowing Poison and Expecting The Other Person To Die" →

"Anger is like swallowing poison, and expecting the other person to die".

In my line of business I often see clients who are completely stuck in bitterness and anger.

It is very easy to get angry at others when they hurt us and not so easy to get rid of the anger that has arisen because of it. Even worse, are the repetitive thoughts of negativity that eat at us when we sit in anger due to someone else actions.

There is an intense flow of energy around us right now amplifying what needs to heal while our brains are programmed to remember the pain of yesterday, and fear that same repetition in our future, making us prisoners of our hurt today....Thus begins the cycle of suffering if we are not ready to let go of the resentment.

So the golden question is "How do you step out of the cycle of hurt and anger?"

I've learned to pray. I've learned to meditate, and I've learned to breathe. Life is going to happen to us, no matter what, and you can bet there are going to be painful days...that's just life. I've also learned that how we react to the situation is the only thing that we truly have control over. 
When you allow yourself to get angry due to someone else actions, you feed into the energy that created the problem in the first place, and no solution ever came from the same level of consciousness that the problem was created in. 
Practise forgiveness every chance you get. This helps to rid the negativity from your body so that healing can begin.

Don't forget to ask your angels for assistance if you feel overwhelmed or don't know where to start.

I challenge you to heal a situation in your life that needs your attention. If you are reading this, chances are it's for a reason. So what in your life needs healing? And are you brave enough to fix it?

Your Truth...

YOUR TRUTH

There has been a mounting sensation of energy lately gradually forcing us to look at what needs to change in our lives. What we do with it and how we process it, will be different for everyone. 
However, the underlying "theme" of this energy is TRUTH. 
Whatever we have been lying about to ourselves, or others, is all coming to the surface. Walking in your truth and power has never been more needed than right now. Things are coming to the surface, so that you can examine what needs to heal and change. 
We can keep denying that these parts of our lives need changing, but this is the time to get real and to look past the illusion of the "false self". 
How many times do we lie throughout the day? Even the little "white lies" add up. When someone asks, "How are you?" do you tell the truth about how you feel? Even the smallest of lies lead to an accumulation of guilt and shame over time. 
If you have been feeling like crap lately, there is a reason for this! Quit denying what needs to change! (Or else it will keep coming up until you do!)

However, if you are already self aware and standing in your truth, then this is a time of huge expansion and positive changes for you....just watch how everything starts falling into place when you replace fear with trust. 
The veil between this world and the other side, is very thin right now, so Angelic communication and Spiritual contact is super easy, so don't forget to meditate and pray your way through this time. ALL prayers are heard and answered.

FEEL Dont THINK !!

This month we are smack dab in the middle of two full moons. Again, we are gifted with the presence of a Super Moon on the 31st, where the moon is closest to the earth, giving us a stronger vibration with the energy of releasing and letting go. 
Whatever energy that is flowing through you will be amplified at this time. if you are one who can attain a state of peace, your peace will be beyond your comprehension. However, if you are full of anxiety, bitterness or anger, that too will be amplified during the next few weeks. Tune into how you FEEL, not what you THINK. Your thoughts can sometimes get the better of you, but your feelings never lie as they are rooted in your Truth centre!

Who Do You Want To BE in This World? And What is Stopping You From Doing It?

 

2018 is a year of walking the walk and getting the ball rolling in the direction of your dreams. 
The universal energy that surrounds you is giving you the push and support that you need in order to step forward by letting go of anything that is holding you back. Self love and care is so important at this time as we learn to gently let go of what we have grown out of. 
Have you noticed yourself changing? It may be something as simple as feeling the need to eat healthier, or as huge as leaving a relationship behind that simply doesn't feel right any more. 
Listen to your heart right now, instead of your head. 
Often times we listen to everyone around us who think they know best, or we simply do nothing, waiting for the right time that never comes.

Feeling stuck and doing nothing about it, only leads to fear, anxiety and depression. NOW is the time to make the changes that you have been thinking about.

But how much courage and faith do you have in the process?

Stop allowing fear to stand in the way of what needs to be done in order for your new life to unfold. If you never step out of it, things will never change.

Fear comes from our own thoughts focusing on the negative. The acronym for fear is False Evidence Appearing Real.

Fear is a low vibration that you need to step out of, seeing through the illusion is essential for our growth at this time.

There is no time like the present!!

We are manifesting more rapidly than ever before. Your thoughts, actions and consequences to those actions are coming to light at great speed. Right now you need to make sure that you take care of yourself by raising your own personal vibrations. (Simply put : GET HAPPY!!) 
Higher vibrations can lead to spontaneous awakenings, leading to greater clarity and awareness in your life.

A Sign Of The Dimes...

Thanks Dad!

When my father was alive, he use to work over the border, so he always carried American money in his pockets. 13 years ago he was killed in a workplace accident, and ever since then, I have found American dimes in the oddest of places. 
The other day, I pulled out my winter boots and went to put them on, when I felt something cold at the bottom. You can imagine my surprise when I found an American dime just sitting at the bottom of my boot! 
I have no idea how it got there, but I know who put it in there! 
I know in my heart that it was my dad letting me know that he is still near me when I need him. My fathers death has a lot to do with my life purpose since my life and my career changed because of his tragedy. I have learned to honour the brutal hard times as they are only transformations in the making.

I live my life following the signs that Spirit gives me. Every month, I pull a card (below) to give you a little guidance for the month, and this month I pulled the card "Hello From Heaven..." after I had already chosen to talk about the dime in my boot! LOL

I LOVE the signs that Spirit gives us!!!

People are waking up and realizing that one person can make a difference, and when we are in alignment with our destiny, making that difference comes easily. The choices that we make today will dictate how our future unfolds. 
There has been a massive shift in energy this year that has forced us to really look inside of ourselves and examine our level of inner peace and happiness. How effective are you at holding onto it? Because your effectiveness is your level of truth. If you aren't happy in your life right now, it is because something needs to change, and now is the time do it as we bring the chapter of 2017 to a close. 
Starting the new year with a fresh perspective on life will give you the energy that you need to make the necessary changes in the coming year. If you want your life to change, then YOU need to change things in your life. Don't let another year go by without taking a step in the direction of dreams. A Clean Slate

 

In the past few months we have seen such mad chaos in the news that it feels harder to stay positive with so much suffering going on in the world. Major shifts have already started to take place on the planet, and it is only a matter of time before it touches our lives individually. 
During this process, it is unbelievably important to align yourself with positivity, love and gratitude as we are all being called to live our truth.

Every day is a chance to wake up and face the day with a clean slate. It is only when we allow our minds to wander into regrets of the past, or anxiety of the future that we lose the peace of the present moment. 
The energy of 2017 has been asking us to take on the mission of completely rebirthing ourselves and our lives, wiping the slate clean and doing something with it. 
We are now entering the action phase of the cycle which will continue for the rest of the year. 
We need to be drawing to us what our heart and soul long for. So now is the time to get clear on what it is that you want to manifest into your life. Do not focus on the negativity of the world, instead, chose to see the beauty around you in each moment. Keeping a state of peace will allow grace to flow through you with ease.

In numerology, 10 is a power number that signifies wholeness. It signifies a time when everything is in balance, and a time when we can start moving again in a new direction.

The Power Of One

Today is a very powerful day. It is a day to remember the fallen men and women who lost their lives fighting for a safe and peaceful tomorrow. Each one making the ultimate sacrifice. Each life making a difference in this world. 
Everyone of us has the same power to change the world. One small act of kindness can start a ripple effect of positivity that will grow in momentum by the energy that we feed it. 
Today, more than ever we need to come together with open hearts to heal the wounds of the past. It is through true forgiveness that we learn and grow so that generations to come will never face the pain that our ancestors endured.

As 1 is a considered a Master Number in numerology it represents the energy of oneness, unity and elevated consciousness which will be amplified today on the 11th day of the 11th month.

Take some time out today to put your sword down and stop fighting against whatever trials are happening in your life right now. Visualize peace and love flowing towards you and the situation and watch how your outcome changes.

As we enter into the fall equinox, now is the time to plant the seeds of intention. The veil is very thin and whispered prayers can be heard from afar. 
The power of intention is strong, and only needs your direction. When you get clear within your mind and heart on what you want, it is like giving the universe direct instructions and will get to work right away. 
__Be careful with your thoughts and feelings at this time. Try and stay as clear and focused as possible, find your center in the storm and peace will follow. Things are happening rapidly around us which is a direct reflection of how we are feeling on the inside. The forces of nature are abundant and out of control as fire and water pummels the earth at this time. Does this reflect the energy within you? If you are feeling the winds of change around you, please know that these changes are necessary for your own growth. What is the universe trying to say to you? 
If you have been feeling over whelmed or anxious, please understand that these are symptoms of the universal spike in energy that a lot of people are feeling right now. As we slowly acclimate to the energy around us, these symptoms will subside._

Surrender and Release...

Before I begin any newsletter, I always ask my Angels and Spirit Guides what they would like me to write about, and one simple word keeps coming to mind "SURRENDER".

This simple, yet profoundly powerful word has meaning to you and that's why YOUR 
angels have brought this newsletter to your attention. When you surrender to the NOW you allow the universe to works its magic. How can positive changes come into your life if you can't surrender and let go of the worry ? Understand that you attract what you focus on.

So how does a person "SURRENDER"?

By simply letting go of the need to control the outcome. No matter what is going on in your life right now, simply surrender to the process. 
When we sit and obsess about the things that we can not change, we create blocks in our life that lead to suffering. 
Learn to take things one day at a time, one minute at a time if the day seems to be too much. Just breathe...simply breathe and know that as you surrender and bring yourself back into the present moment all that you were worrying about will simply fade away. 
Mindfullness is the act of staying completely in the here and now. This is an excellent tool for dealing with stress and worry. Even if the world is burning down around you, you still have the choice to stay in a state of peace and acceptance instead of feeding into the negativity which leads to misery. 
Just remember that This Too Shall Pass..

Pay Attention To Your Thoughts!

 

Everything that goes through your head does have an impact on your world around you.

What we dwell on, has a direct connection with how we act while interacting with others, and how we treat people. When you are dwelling on negativity, it is pretty hard to have a positive outlook.

Have you ever come home after a great day, only to be met by a grouchy spouse? 
How did it make you feel? Did you feel the happiness of the day get sucked out of you the minute you started talking with them? This is just one example of how negativity can be contagious. And haven't you ever noticed that once your in a foul mood, it's a lot harder to get out of it?

The trick is to start replacing your negative thoughts with positive ones, and believe me when I say that this isn't as easy as it sounds....it takes practice, practice and more practice, but you need to be aware of your thought patterns so you know where the red flags are and then you can start to change them.

The energy behind negative thoughts can seep into your actions and ultimately become the basis of your reality very quickly if not changed.

Did you know that babies and animals can sense a bad mood? So can we! Even if a person is smiling on the outside, people who are sensitive to energy will instinctively know when something is "off" or "just not right" with someone else, and unless the person who recognizes your negative energy is someone strong enough to try and change it, we generally start to lose the connections that we would have made had we just had a positive outlook.

Everything in this universe is so intrinsically connected, and when you come from a place of peace, love and gratitude, communication between you and your spirit guides will become a lot easier to discern. Think of negativity as interference in your radio waves with the Divine. Get rid of the negativity and Spirit will turn up the volume so you will get their messages loud and clear!

Right now you are entering a powerful time of healing and transition. 
Our May 10/11 full moon will emit a Divine feminine energy that is available to all of us and will assist with clearing out old patterns of heartache and negativity that we hold onto when healing through forgiveness has not taken place. 
Emotions will be running high and may feel very intense at times, so go easy on yourself, quiet your mind and allow the emotions and feelings to pass through you. 
Nothing has power over you unless you allow it, so honour the experience and breathe your way through it. When we flow with the river of life instead of resisting the ride, we eventually hit still waters where we can sit and reflect on the lessons that came with the storm. 
Right now chose the path of least resistance that comes when you
allow life to fall into place even through the tough times. 
Remember that the full moon energy can be felt for 3 days before and 3 days after, so go easy on yourself as you process what ever comes up.

Happy New Year - Miracles Happen

This is a brand new year, and with it comes a different energy. As we move further on in the month, and year, we will notice that the heaviness of the past year is slowly lifting. The fatigue that you have been feeling will start to lift, and so will your spirits. Be prepared for better things to come. You have been through the hard times, and signs will be all over the place from your team of angels as they work hard to get your attention. As your personal vibration begins to rise, you will notice tiny miracles start to manifest in your life. 
From January 7, 2017 until February 6, 2017
a very rare planetary alignment will be taking place where all planets are going direct. This means that they will all be moving forward in the same manner, and will be in a more balanced, synchronized and harmonious state than at any other point in their collective orbit cycles. 
Since we are affected by planetary energy, you should feel a positive shift start to take place in your life during this time. 
Spiritual connection is very important at this time as the most amazing and deep insights come when you are connected to your angels and spirit guides, now is the time to learn to communicate with them.

We All Need A Little Guidance From Beyond...
As we enter the time of the fall equinox, we get ready for cozy sweaters and cuddling by the fire with a good book; now is the time where we go from outside activities to inside comforts. 
This is also the time to go from looking outside to looking inside of ourselves. 
Are you where you want to be in life? What are your expectations or aspirations, and have you met them yet? 
What changes need to take place in your life in order to stay on track?Setting positive intentions for yourself is like planting seeds that grow into positive life changes which are necessary if you intend to see growth and changes take place. 
Make time for yourself right now, and free yourself of any limiting beliefs . It is very important that you set positive intentions in all areas of your life.

You Have A Choice

There has been such a heavy feeling in the air here in Calgary for the past few weeks. This feeling is energy and can cause caos and upset in our lives if we dont learn to recognize what it is trying to tell us.
I think that the theme of 2016 has been "What you resist, persists.." because what truths we have not wanted to face are coming to the surface in all areas of our lives.
Ask yourself if you are truly happy in the place that you are in right now? Even through the tough times we can still maintain our state of peace and inner happiness, it just takes a little more effort to find .
The next 3 months are going to feel a little more intense with each one passing over us with a desire and passion of change. Be prepared for things to change...even if you dont want them to.
These changes can be life changing or they can be as subtle as a spiritual shift in consciousness that wakes up your inner desire to learn and seek a higher dimension in your current reality.
Your thoughts are manifesting more rapidly then ever!

By practising mindfullness and really paying attention to the thoughts that are swimming through your mind, you gain more control over what you want to happen in your life, thus creating CHOICES.
When we operate in a state of fear and anxiety, we cloud our judgement and make poor choices.

Here are some tips to stay grounded and peaceful through the next 3 months:

Yoga/Meditation/Prayer (It saved my sanity!!!)
Go for walks in nature
Self care (Go get a mani-pedi!!)
Practise mindfullness and staying as present in yourself as possible (Dont let the "Negative Nellies" and their drama get inside your head!!)
Write a manifestation letter to the universe and set a deadline of when you expect it to arrive.
Make a daily mantra and tape it to your bathroom mirror
(mine was: "Depressed people live in the past, anxious people live in the future, PEACEFUL people live in the present" .
I said it every day a thousand times until I found myself living in the moment, each moment. Moment by moment).

Listen to your favorite "Pump me up music" as soon as you wake up.

These are just a few things that worked for me and can work for you too...BUT YOU HAVE TO TRY!!
You have to want to be happy, and live in the moment in order to do so.
Always remember: Pain is inevitable but suffering is a CHOICE.
Choose happiness...

Have you noticed how crazy the world seems to be right now? There is an intense energy out there that people are reacting to without realizing it. The energy of change and its growing pains are all around us, but these changes are necessary for you to move forward towards the direction of your dreams. 
What has been holding you back from true genuine freedom and happiness? What self defeating thoughts are telling you that you cant have it? Take a minute right now to become aware of the perpetual story that you are telling yourself, because now is the time to change that negative banter into positive affirmations that you believe, so that you can work with this energy of change. 
Remember that energy is neither good nor bad without the intention put into it..its just energy, until you fuel it with emotion and thought form, so choose how you want to spend your energy wisely.
